Very disappointed!

The app does not work. Keeps prompting me to purchase the upgrade. I did and it said my transaction was successful but I still cant access the premium content. Tried purchasing again and it said I already purchased it. But the app says I need to upgrade when I try to access the content. I even tried closing the app and also logging out and back in but it still doesnt work. Its a waste of money.
